The project team will be presenting key findings and their implications for the local ‘digital offer’ delivered by Family Hubs and parenting support teams at a webinar hosted by the LGA National Centre for Family Hubs on January 20th 2026, 1-2.30pm. The online event will present findings from the project’s qualitative research with parents and will highlight key messages from a wider research review about digital parenting support. The qualitative strand of our study explored the experiences and support needs of a diverse sample of parents residing across two Local Authority contexts when accessing and engaging with virtual and digital parenting support resources and services. The research review adopted systematic methods and considered key areas and messages in recent published research about virtual and digital parenting education and support.
The webinar is open to anyone with an interest in parenting and family support, including those involved with parental and family support policy and strategy, practitioners and service providers, service developers and commissioners, community organisations, academics and researchers.
